I must apologize for those who enjoyed reading our daily posts. I got lazy...
I will take some updated photos of the house and what it looks like after the year we've been in. We just had our 1 year anniversary last week. We're still loving it and still have plenty of little odds and ends we need to finish up.

My husband and I are looking into FirstDay to build here, and I was wondering if you had anything (purely in hindsight.. even if it's just opinion) that concerned you, or you didnt/dont like.. and things you LOVE/loved about the process, the kit, etc

I just finished reading the ENTIRE story! Wow! Impressive, guys. I've been looking into 1stDay, as they seem to be one of the best companies out there for amature builders (like me!). One thing that concerned me, however. You had a problem a while back regarding basement flooding. If I remember correctly, you guys hadn't finished most of the rest of the house yet, So it may have been coming in from another place. I'm wondering if you guys have had problems with flooded or damp basements since then?
